Warranty Policy
Plourde Furniture Co. stands behind the manufacturer’s warranty for the brands we carry.

Delivery and Set-Up
For a $10 fee, Plourde Furniture Co. will deliver within Aroostook County and set up any of the items purchased from Plourde Furniture Co. Delivery personnel will not install televisions, electronics, appliances, or any electronic devices other than those items that are sold by Plourde Furniture Co. (i.e., power lift chairs, power recliners, lamps, etc.). Due to liability restrictions, delivery personnel will not pick up any used furniture.

Mattress/Bedding Policy
Plourde Furniture Co. has a no return policy on all mattresses and bedding items. The mattress/bedding manufacturers are responsible for upholding the warranty, service, and comfort exchanging on all items. As your representative, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and assist with service needs as appropriate. The manufacturers are responsible for authorizing any service or repairs as needed. Advanced sleep research has shown it may take several weeks for our bodies to adjust to the proper support of a new mattress. Plourde Furniture Co. recommends that you take the time to select the best mattress for your needs and allow your body time to adjust to your new sleep surface.

Returns/Cancellations
Eligible returns must be in like-new condition. Return requests must also be made within 24 hours of receiving delivery or pick-up. We reserve the right to refuse any return item for any reason. Items that have been damaged in home, damaged by the customer in transit, or show signs of misuse, items that have stains, soiling, or items that have been in contact with animals or smoke will be refused. All returned items must be pre-authorized before they are returned to the store. Restocking fees may apply on all returns. Items Sold As-Is
All items purchased from clearance, floor model mattresses, or otherwise marked are considered sold as-is. These items are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and will not be serviced by Plourde Furniture Co. Once these items are released from Plourde Furniture Co. they are ineligible for return. Customers are responsible for fully inspecting these items before purchase.
